This workshop will be instructed by Tina Leslie, megavolume maestro and master of the flower bouquet and pinching technique, and Lizzy, fanning on-the-strip fanatic and lover of precise and perfect fans.  Bring your favorite pair of tweezers and prepare to perfect your current fanning method and leave with a well-rounded knowledge of how to make a variety of volume fans.
